ATLAS OF COLOUR- MY BEST WORK

These are some of my best works which i produced while doing the atlas of colour workshop. I really enjoyed how different tools, programs and methods were utilised in the different exercises.

My tunnel book uses achromatic tones, black & white. The use of these two colors allowed me to create a tunnel which had great depth. The white pages gave off the impression they were travelling towards the viewer, whilst the black pages give the impression they are travelling away from the viewer.

i submitted my atlas on the 16th of september.
i was really happy with all the exerises i completed during the duration of the course. i really put a lot of effort into to achieve work that i was really proud of.

my final product looked sophisticated with the red front cover and sleek black and white tunnel book at the back.

my only negativity about my atlas would be the difficulty in getting it to stand upright, so that the full effects of my tunnel book can be observed.

i found the workshop very interesting, however i feel too much time in the workshops was used up talking about the layout of books, which left alot of the excersises to do at home.

my favourite task was creating my personal color wheel. i did not enjoy the part where we had to manipulate the plan and elevation as i have limited experience with photoshop.
